Salaried GP

We are looking to recruit a permanent position from November 2018, although a start date from August could be agreed 

We have developed new models of care, include an Urgent Care Centre and a co-located Integrated Care Team including Paramedic Practitioners, Practice Community Matron, Mental Health Practitioners, Pharmacist and a range of Specialist HCP’s working in Primary Care including Orthopaedic Practitioners. The whole team uses EMIS so integrates well with the practice.

We offer a friendly and supportive environment for GPs to practice safely and effectively, with a manageable and sustainable workload. Our size allows some flexibility in accommodating any areas of particular clinical interest. We are a training practice with three GP Trainers supporting a wide variety of GP Trainees.

Each GP retains a personal list, as we believe that it is important to ensure continuity of care, whilst benefiting from the additional resources available when operating at scale.

Nurse Practitioners/Urgent Care Nurses

Our GP-led Urgent Care Centre based at Yateley Medical Centre guarantees local patents an "on the day" appointment for anything which is medically urgent. We are expanding our team of Nurse Practitioners who work alongside GPs to provide this service. Our Nurse Practitioners also play an important part in the management of chronic disease.

We offer a friendly & supportive environment for nurses to practice safely and effecively with a manageable and sustainable workload and a positive commitment to prefessional development.

We have roles which can take into account personal interests and skills and can offer a variety of working patterns to suit.

Purchasing/Stock Management

This new position will be responsible for ordering all supplies both clinical and non-clinical and managing these supplies to ensure all sites remain fully stocked. Obtaining the best price for supplies and equipment, managing servicing and warrantees etc. is also part of the role. You will need to be organised, thorough and conscientious. This role might well suit someone with warehouse or retail experience.

Receptionists

Our busy but friendly GP Practice is looking to expand our Reception team to provide a great service to our local patients.  Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, particularly face to face and on the phone.  IT skills are essential, as is an attention to detail.  You should be able to stay calm and retain a sense of humour even when the pace is hectic.

Duties will include making appointments and helping patients both on the phone and on the Reception Desk, processing prescription requests, scanning and other general office administration.

A variety of shifts are available Monday to Friday including 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00 and 17:30-20:00 also Saturday mornings 08:30-11:30
